Ines Rottwilm is an agricultural scientist and heads the Corporate Responsibility department at Kaufland. After completing her studies at the University of Göttingen, she worked as a communications officer for the German Forest Owners’ Association.

Before joining Kaufland, she managed a horse stud farm.

At Kaufland, she was initially responsible for communicating sustainable topics. As Head of CR/Sustainability, she has been responsible for strategic and operational implementation at Kaufland Germany since March 2022. Since March 2024, Ines Rottwilm has also managed the company’s international CR activities strategically, operationally and communicatively as Head of CR/Sustainability at Kaufland on an international level.
